Before we start any new project, we first
undertake an evaluation process to familiarise
ourselves with the programme. We look at all
aspects of the project from the client, market
place and product category. Where necessary
we will embark on a market research
programme which is appropriate for the
project. We will investigate the competition,
the views of the consumer and explore any
relevant data.
This process may take several forms to suit
the needs of the project and client, from
simple targeted ‘store checks’, tracking lifestyle
trends, colour forecasting to full blown focus
groups and hall testing. Given our experience,
we can quickly assimilate collated information
to provide the client with effective and
pertinent solutions.
